Welcome to Your 6 Day Cyprus Wellness & Adventure Retreat
Set against the sun-drenched coastline and tranquil hills of Cyprus, this 6-day retreat is designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and awaken your sense of adventure. With a carefully curated mix of yoga, journaling, creativity, outdoor exploration, and cultural experiences, each day offers space for connection — with nature, with others, and most importantly, with yourself. Hosted in a peaceful villa and tailored for small groups (max 6 guests), this retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return home recharged and inspired.
Day 1 – Arrival & Grounding Arrival (Before 2 PM) Welcome to Cyprus! You’ll be greeted at the airport and transferred to your peaceful villa, your home for the week ahead. Once you’ve settled into your room, take time to relax, explore the surroundings, or enjoy a swim in the pool. In the late afternoon, we’ll gather for a gentle Yoga & Breathwork session — the perfect way to unwind after travel and reconnect with your body. This is followed by a Guided Journaling Session: “Intentions & Presence” — a calm, reflective space to set personal intentions for the days ahead. In the evening, we’ll share a Welcome Dinner — a traditional Cypriot Meat Meze Feast (included), offering a warm and delicious introduction to local cuisine.
Day 2 – Water & Flow - Ease into the day with a mindful adventure on the water. We head to the coast for a unique Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga session. This playful practice blends movement, balance, and breath while floating on calm turquoise water. Afterward, enjoy refreshments and light snacks by the beach (included), followed by a deeply relaxing Sound Bath Meditation, designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep rest. A light picnic lunch by the water is included before returning to the villa for an afternoon of free time — swim, rest, or book an optional massage on-site. In the early evening, we’ll come together for a reflective Journaling session: “Inner Voice & Expression.” Dinner tonight is a fresh Fish Meze (included), served in a cozy seaside-style setting.
Day 3 – Creativity & Connection Start the day with an energising Vinyasa Yoga session to awaken the body and mind, followed by breakfast at the villa (included). Then it’s time to dive into your creative side with a 4-hour Art Class led by a local artist. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned creative, this hands-on session offers a fun and freeing way to express yourself. Light lunch and refreshments are provided during the class (included). Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your own pace — read by the pool, take a walk, or opt for a relaxing massage. This evening, we’ll head out for Kleftiko Night, where you’ll enjoy a traditional slow-roasted lamb dish, rich with flavour and local spices.
Day 4 – Adventure & Taste - Start with a gentle Stretch & Breathwork session, followed by a nourishing breakfast at the villa (included). Then we’re off to the countryside for a horse riding experience at George’s Ranch in Paphos — a chance to explore scenic trails and connect with nature from a new perspective. After riding, we’ll head to Paphos Harbour for a light lunch (not included) and a relaxed stroll along the promenade. In the late afternoon, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on Cypriot Cooking Class (4 hours) where you’ll learn to prepare authentic local dishes in a fun and social setting. The evening is yours to enjoy — stay in and relax or head out to explore nearby Polis at your own pace.
Day 5 – Integration & Celebration - Begin the day with a heartfelt Closing Yoga Session – Gratitude & Grounding, followed by breakfast at the villa (included). Our final guided journaling session invites you to reflect on your journey: “Reflections & Intentions to Carry Home.” In the early afternoon, we’ll head into the hills for a Wine Tasting & Vineyard Visit, sampling local wines in a peaceful countryside setting. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure — enjoy the pool, soak up the sun, or book a final massage. In the evening, we’ll gather for a Farewell BBQ Dinner at the villa (included) — a relaxed and joyful way to celebrate our time together.
Day 6 – Departure Day - Breakfast at the villa (included) will be served before your group transfer to the airport. Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and reconnected — with yourself, and with Cyprus.
