One of our favourite moments of every adventure is meeting everyone for the first time.

After collecting you from the airport, we'll head to your accommodation in beautiful Latchi, where you'll have time to settle in, enjoy a drink and recover from your journey.

The first evening is never rushed. We sit together, chat about the week ahead and get to know one another. By the end of the evening, strangers have usually become travelling companions—and often friends.

To us, this is where every great adventure begins.

If you've only ever seen Cyprus as a beach destination, today will completely change your opinion.

The Troodos Mountains are one of our favourite places on the island. Towering pine forests, fresh mountain air and incredible panoramic views make this one of those walks that never gets old, no matter how many times we've done it.

Mark loves this trail because there's always something different to notice, whether it's the changing seasons, unusual plants or simply the peace and quiet that comes from being surrounded by nature.

After our walk we'll stop in one of the mountain villages for lunch before visiting a local chocolate shop—because every good walk deserves a little reward!

Back in Latchi we'll introduce you to one of our favourite traditional dishes: slow-cooked Kleftiko.

Today combines spectacular walking with some of Cyprus' most famous historical sites.

We begin with the beautiful Smigies Trail, where breathtaking views stretch across the Akamas Peninsula and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. A picnic breakfast surrounded by nature is the perfect way to start the day before we continue towards Paphos.

In the afternoon we'll step back thousands of years as we explore the UNESCO World Heritage Tombs of the Kings, visit the famous Edro III shipwreck and enjoy time around the picturesque harbour.

As the sun begins to set, we'll enjoy a traditional Souvla dinner overlooking the sea.

This is always one of the most emotional days of the adventure.

Before we head out walking, we'll visit a dog Shelter, where we'll spend time walking and socialising the rescue dogs.

Animals have always been a huge part of our lives, and supporting the shelter is something that's very close to our hearts. Many guests tell us this becomes one of the most memorable moments of their week.

Later we'll enjoy the peaceful Lysos trail before discovering how Cyprus' famous Halloumi cheese is still made using traditional methods.

The day finishes around the table at Smidgies Taverna, sharing a traditional meat meze and plenty of stories from the day.

Every adventure needs a little time to slow down.

Today is yours to enjoy however you choose. Relax beside the pool, wander around Latchi Harbour, spend time on the beach or simply enjoy doing nothing at all.

If you'd like a little more adventure, we'll be happy to suggest optional experiences to suit your interests.

This evening we'll come together again to enjoy one of Cyprus' best fish meze restaurants overlooking the harbour.

Today's walk takes us into the heart of the Akamas National Park along the beautiful Aphrodite Trail.

This is one of those walks where every corner reveals another incredible view. The coastline stretches for miles, the sea sparkles below and it's easy to understand why Greek mythology placed the goddess Aphrodite here.

After a relaxed picnic we'll visit one of our favourite local wineries.

We don't just come for the wine—we come because we know the people behind it, and they're always happy to share the stories, traditions and passion that go into every bottle.

We'll round off the day with a relaxed barbecue at a beautiful picnic site next to the sea.

Our final full day takes us into the heart of Cyprus' beautiful wine country.

We'll wander through charming villages, rolling vineyards and family-run wineries, meeting local producers and discovering traditions that have been passed down through generations.

There's no rush today. It's about enjoying the slower pace of village life, sharing stories and reflecting on the adventures of the past week.

We'll celebrate our final evening together with a traditional Cypriot dinner in Polis.

As we take you back to the airport, we hope you'll leave with far more than photographs.
