Meals
Food is an essential part of any great travel experience, and at GOAT Adventures, we know how important it is to start your day right. That’s why we aim to include a simple breakfast wherever possible — typically toast, fruits, yogurts, eggs, tea, and coffee — although this may vary. One of the highlights of traveling with GOAT Adventures is the chance to enjoy the incredible variety of local cuisine around the world. Our groups mostly dine together, making it easy to sample a wider range of dishes and share great conversations. Of course, you’re always free to do your own thing — there’s no pressure to join group meals if you prefer some solo time. Your Travel Host will be happy to recommend favourite local restaurants and hidden gems along the way. Please note: In Cyprus, traditional cuisine tends to be meat-heavy, and vegetarian or vegan options may be limited in some restaurants. For details on what meals are included and daily meal budgets, please refer to your trip’s itinerary and budget guide.
