What's Included Every GOAT Adventures Cyprus holiday is personally hosted by Melissa & Mark and includes everything you need for a relaxed and memorable adventure. Depending on your chosen adventure, this may include: ✔ Airport transfers ✔ Transport throughout your adventure ✔ Carefully selected accommodation ✔ Breakfasts ✔ Selected lunches and evening meals ✔ All activities listed in your itinerary ✔ Entrance fees ✔ Wine tasting and authentic local experiences ✔ A personal Travel Host throughout your adventure ✔ Local recommendations and support throughout your stay Please refer to your chosen adventure page for the exact inclusions.

What's Not Included

To give you the flexibility to travel in a way that suits you, the following are generally not included unless stated otherwise:

Trip Information We do our very best to ensure all information on our website and in your trip documents is accurate at the time of publication. Occasionally, we may make small improvements to our adventures based on guest feedback, seasonal changes or local circumstances. These changes are always made with the aim of improving your experience. We recommend checking your final trip information a few days before departure to ensure you have the latest details.

Transport Airport transfers and all transport throughout your adventure are included from the moment we collect you until we return you for your departure flight. We'll travel in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery while we take care of the driving.

Accommodation We carefully select accommodation that reflects the character of Cyprus and complements each adventure. Depending on your chosen experience, accommodation may include boutique hotels, traditional guesthouses or carefully selected local accommodation. Where available, single room upgrades can be requested at an additional cost.

Meals

One of the best ways to experience Cyprus is through its food.

Throughout your adventure you'll enjoy a mixture of traditional tavernas, local cafés and family-run restaurants, giving you the opportunity to experience authentic Cypriot cuisine.

Breakfast is included on most mornings and usually consists of bread, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, tea and coffee, although this may vary depending on your accommodation.

Where meals are not included, we'll happily recommend some of our favourite local restaurants.

If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know before travelling and we'll do everything we can to accommodate them.

Your Itinerary Every GOAT Adventure has been carefully designed using our local knowledge and experience to give you the very best experience of Cyprus. One of the joys of travelling is that sometimes unexpected opportunities arise. For this reason, we may occasionally make small changes to the itinerary due to weather, local events, safety considerations or to improve your overall experience. Any travel times shown are approximate and may vary.

Photography During your adventure we may occasionally take photographs or short videos to capture special moments and share the GOAT Adventures experience on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs or videos, simply let us know at any time. We'll always respect your wishes.

Small Groups One of the things that makes GOAT Adventures Cyprus different is our small group size. Our scheduled adventures are limited to a maximum of 6 guests, allowing us to offer a much more personal experience, visit places larger groups can't access and get to know everyone travelling with us. You're never just another booking—you become part of the adventure.

✈️ BOOKING YOUR ADVENTURE

Step 1 – Send Your Booking Request Complete our online booking request form, letting us know which adventure you're interested in, your preferred travel dates and any questions you may have. Submitting the form is not a confirmed booking. It simply lets us know you're interested in travelling with us.

Step 2 – We'll Get in Touch Within 48 hours, Melissa or Mark will personally contact you to: • Confirm availability • Answer any questions • Discuss your travel plans • Make sure you've chosen the adventure that's right for you

Step 3 – Secure Your Place

Once you're happy to go ahead we'll send you:

• Booking confirmation

• Deposit payment details

• Your itinerary

• Booking paperwork

• Medical and dietary forms

Step 4 – Get Ready for Your Adventure After your booking has been confirmed we'll stay in touch to help you prepare for your trip and answer any questions you have before you arrive in Cyprus. Every booking is personally managed by Melissa & Mark because we believe every great adventure starts with getting to know our guests.

Final Payment The remaining balance is due 60 days before your adventure begins. If you book within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Deposit Policy Deposits are non-refundable. Certain bespoke adventures may require different deposit arrangements, which will always be explained before booking.

Lifetime Deposit If you cancel your booking (provided the cancellation is not due to non-payment or a breach of our Terms & Conditions), your deposit becomes a Lifetime Deposit. Your Lifetime Deposit: • Never expires • Can be transferred to another person • Can be used towards another GOAT Adventures Cyprus adventure of equal or greater value • Has no cash value

🛡️ TRAVEL INSURANCE

Your safety and peace of mind are incredibly important to us.

All guests travelling with GOAT Adventures Cyprus must have suitable travel insurance for the full duration of their adventure.

Your policy must include:

✔ Medical expenses

✔ Emergency medical evacuation

✔ Repatriation

✔ Minimum medical cover of €30,000

We also strongly recommend cover for:

• Cancellation

• Curtailment

• Personal belongings

• Travel delays

• Personal liability

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of your adventure.

Completing this before you travel allows us to prepare everything before you arrive, meaning your adventure can begin the moment you land.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

When do I complete the Traveller Information Form? We'll send you the form after your booking has been confirmed. We recommend completing it as soon as possible, and no later than the deadline provided before your departure.

Is completing the form mandatory? Yes. All travellers are required to complete the Traveller Information Form before travelling. This ensures we have the information needed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Why do you need this information? The information helps us: Prepare for your arrival. Provide appropriate support if you have medical or dietary requirements. Contact the correct person in an emergency. Ensure your airport transfers run smoothly. Meet our legal and safety responsibilities.

Is my personal information secure? Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is stored securely and is only used for the purposes of managing your booking and providing your adventure. We never use the information collected through the Traveller Information Form for marketing purposes.

Can someone complete the form for me?

Most sections can be completed by another person on your behalf if necessary.

However, any legal declarations or waivers must be completed by the traveller themselves (or by a parent or legal guardian if the traveller is under 18 years of age).
